Atlético beat Leverkusen on penalties in 2014/15 round of 16. The German club have lost all four last-16 ties.

The

two-legged ties with English clubs. Manchester City reached
quarter-finals for first time in 2016.
The English side are on a nine-match unbeaten streak at home in UEFA Champions League (W6 D3).
